The development of digital technology has transformed the operations, consumer interactions, and capital access of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation and financial literacy on the digital economic inclusion (DEI) of MSMEs. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, supported by simple quantitative analysis through online surveys of MSMEs in Java and Sumatra, as well as online observations to understand adaptive behaviors toward digitalization and financial practices. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances operational efficiency and market access, while financial literacy serves as a significant mediator, enabling MSMEs to utilize technology effectively and reduce risks and misconceptions. The success of digital economic inclusion depends not only on technology provision but also on strengthening financial literacy, continuous education, intensive socialization, and building trust in digital platforms and service providers. These results provide a basis for formulating more targeted and effective policies to empower MSMEs in the digital economy era.
